Winter 2025

Happy New Year! If you're somewhere cold, then you're probably craving warm cozy teas and in need of immune tonics to support your overall wellness this season.

My favorite time of year for drinking tea is winter. A nice energizing cup in the morning to shake off any tiredness, or a comforting cup in the evening as you're trying to wind down are simply the best. However, there are so many great recipes to turn to during the winter months to support your immune system, ease cold symptoms, and more!

One of my family's faves during cold season is a simple and traditional blend of peppermint, yarrow and elderflower. I learned how to make this recipe from Rosemary Gladstar's book, Medicinal Herbs.

Hello Reader, As the light slowly returns, I’ve been thinking a lot about how renewal actually works—especially in midlife. Even though we are still dealing with the extreme cold and the after-effects of the recent snow storm, technically, the light is returning!
